Small groups can be about education, sometimes about affinity (what we have in common), but we strive to always encourage transformation every time we meet. Transforming or becoming more into what God calls us to be, is the key to Discipleship for anyone who follows Jesus.

WANT TO LEARN MORE?

YOUNG AT HEART

A fellowship open to both members and guests of Holy Covenant who are 50 years of age or older (our “heart” age is much less). We travel together, eat together, love God together, and serve together both as individuals and as a group.

Potluck luncheons are the third Wednesday of every month and may include informational speakers and open discussion of various topics relevant to those who are truly “Young at Heart”.

Trips on Harris County provided buses are scheduled throughout the year to areas of interest including museums, churches, theaters, and unique communities around Texas. Trips are planned to allow for physical restrictions as well as varied areas of interest.

An annual Christmas dinner as well as other special programs provide opportunities to support the local mission activities of Holy Covenant and other organizations such as Katy Christian Ministries and the Pregnancy Help Center.

EMBRACE – Special Needs Ministry

Sunday mornings at 11:00am in room F-107, Embrace is a worship experience aimed to provide meaningful opportunities for families of individuals with special needs to learn about God and God’s great love for them. Embrace partners with these families in an effort to enhance the spiritual, physical and emotional well-being of all family members.

Wednesday morning 9:30am

A gathering for women, this group enjoys great Christian fellowship and thoughtful bible studies in the choir suite. Childcare is available upon request.

EARLY MORNING BIBLE STUDY

Saturday morning 6:00am

For those who are early risers, this group enjoys each other’s company while discussing the bible. They meet in the choir suite in the sanctuary.
